Official Pass Policy: The specimen displayed above illustrates the exact visual layout and security standards of your Vibe Nation pass. When passes are officially released, ticket holders receive an unwatermarked, cryptographically signed pass accessible in their personal My Tickets vault, ready for offline saving or printout.
How Festival Gates & Staff Scanners Work
We designed Vibe Nation’s entry operations for frictionless, sub-second admission. Here is what to expect when arriving at festival gates and how our door staff verify your passes with wireless Bluetooth laser and QR scanners.
High-Speed Bluetooth Scanners
Every entrance terminal is manned by certified gate staff equipped with commercial-grade wireless Bluetooth scanners. These devices communicate directly with our low-latency edge servers to validate credentials in under 0.3 seconds.
Dual QR + 1D Barcode Redundancy
Every pass features both an encrypted 2D QR Code and a human-readable 1D Barcode UID. If your phone screen is cracked, smudged, or reflecting harsh sun, staff can immediately laser-read the 1D UID or key it in manually without delay.
Atomic Single-Admit Protection
The moment your pass is beeped at any festival gate, it is atomically marked redeemed across all gate terminals simultaneously. Counterfeits, duplicate screenshots, and fraudulent resales are flagged instantly on staff displays.

Save your pass from My Tickets to your Apple/Google Wallet or take a screenshot before reaching the venue.
Valid 18+ Photo ID
Have your government-issued ID (driver's license, state ID, or passport) ready to match your ticket registration.
Clear Bag & Security
Clear bags up to 12"x6"x12" or small clutch bags permitted. Hydration packs must be completely empty at gates.

If your phone battery dies or you experience any ticket issues, look for our Customer Help Desks & Box Office Tents located directly outside all gate entrances. Staff can look up your order by purchaser name and government-issued ID to print a physical barcode pass on the spot.
